Three valid nominations for the post of Chairman and 2 valid nominations for the post of Secretary

were received, as there was only one withdrawal for the post of Chairman hence there will be elections.

The last date of receiving ballot is 12^th March 2010, till 05.00 PM. 

The counting of votes will be done on 14^th March 2010, 11.00 AM at the present
